I have to go to class with the person I don't like.

Silently panicking, Not telling anyone about the situation, Telling my self that I won't be fine.
When I go to the reset room everything feels better but when I come out, it all comes back to me like a big wave
It is a good experiment because I can practice asking the teacher to have a couple of minutes/ to go to the reset room.
