You often worry that if you don't prepare for every possible outcome, things will go wrong. Spend a full day without worrying and redirect your attention once you catch a worry thought or feeling.

"If I don't think through every possible scenario, I'll be unprepared and things will go badly."

"It's impossible to predict every outcome. Handling situations as they arise is often more effective

Excessive list-making for every task. Seeking constant reassurance from others. Avoiding new situations due to uncertainty.
