While driving, you fear that you might have hit someone without realizing and feel compelled to retrace your route to check.

Belief to be tested:

"If I don't go back and check, I might have injured someone and not know it."

Alternative Perspective:

"I would notice if I had hit someone; this fear is a misinterpretation of normal driving sensations."

Safety Behaviours to drop:

Retracing driving routes. Checking news reports for accidents. Seeking reassurance from passengers.
